Wooster Collective

Ohhh, I emailed Wooster Collective (only one of the biggest community website’s celebrating Street Art), about new threats from police (in Melbourne) on the artists there at a new art exhibiton called Stencil Graffiti Capital: Melbourne.

Anyway, they emailed me back and posted the story up right away! For more info, check it  here. Thanks to Tim for the heads up. Also, the exhibition also opens in Sydney, 6 - 9pm Friday 3rd of March, China Heights: 3rd Floor, 16-28 Foster St Surry Hills 2010.
Exhibition runs from 4th - 5th of March
Open Saturday & Sunday 12 - 5pm

Scene on Sydney Streets No. 1

I thought I’d share something interesting I saw whilst driving in the wrong lane in the City’s York St. Would you call it Street Art or Sustainable Art? Hmmm…

The brick wall behind COFA use to host some amazing local Street Art, but the local residents and Clover Moore’s stooges have put a stop to it. This will probably not see the end of the week either.

In some further outrageous news of Graffing, censorship, train delays and perhaps too many Police liberties. Check this story out.

Back but Sick

I got back late last night. I got sick on the way back, my cousins, my aunt and I drove the 11 hour trip. So on account of being sick this is gonna be short. Below are some pictures from the trip.

The one stencil I saw in all of Surfer’s Paradise.
