Psychiatrists assessing their patients should consider their music taste in their assessment, says a study published in the “Australasian Psychiatry”. It found that people who listen to pop music are insecure about their sexuality, jazz types are loners and misfits, rap and metal fans are more likely to drive drunk and have unprotected sex, while fans of metal, trance and emo are more likely to suicide.
Now there’s a very valid use of scientific funding… not. Lifted from The Music.
This time it’s a spontaneous MUSICAL! I wish this was life, all the time!

Ha. Found my high school’s website! Domremy College. They were just about to launch a proper one when I was graduating back in 2001. So strange seeing a new Principal’s face on it and all sorts of old/new names and pictures of the school and students. Amazing what a wide angle lens can do!
The trip down memory lane was actually due to something I’ve wanted to do since I started Uni. I’ve been wanting to wear my old V-neck school pullover. It was purty and warm, but my mother has since misplaced mine! Mine was nice, not stretched out or anything (as much as I tried to make it cooler…). Anyway, so I was looking to source a new one since, and checked the prices on the school’s website - they want $75 for it! That’s ridiculous! Even at Lowes it’s $60!
Eeeek! Didn’t realise uniforms were so pricey. I think I will have to eBay or op shop it… Not sure that’s going to work, I’ve been looking for a cricket sweater for a year now too.
Ugh, the things I do for fashion.
Check it out - a trip down memory lane. Some of my most favourite music videos from the 1990s. Featuring bad hair, bad fashion, crazy dance moves and tragic transitions!
The following have stayed with me over the last 10 years +; perhaps have been the most influential music in my early years… perhaps that’s not something I should own up to. Make up your own mind… Watching them now, still gives me happy feet and good vibes.
Youtube is brilliant, so much history and knowledge retained in one place! Thank you interweb and broadband. <3

After the recent Improv Everywhere gimmick at Grand Central Station in NYC, a Vancouver group has popped up.
Unfortunately, yours truly had to work but one of my roommates joined in on the still action. Here are some YouTube videos on the event. The second is from a guy who was involved in the freeze with the camera running. More to come soon.
